Not totally sure on ID, but it’s probably a Bitter Bolete #Caloboletus. .The blue staining of this mushroom is caused by an enzyme that catalyzes the oxidation of organic acids in the mushroom flesh. While this is a common reaction in many Bolete species, we don’t entire understand the reason why.
